Quality Manager (Jul 23- current)*Responsible for all mix designs; performance and cost. Improve quality (accuracy, appearance, efficiency, cost, etc.) of end products. Risk Analysis. NCR (Non-Conformance Report)/ CAPA management lead for both internal and external customer issues, using effective judgment and appropriate root cause analysis tools, as fish diagram, 8D. Work with Suppliers for assurance that the raw materials, pigments, and aggregate be following the requirements. Work as Quality Assurance in order of the process are following the ACI & ASTM Standards. Evaluate or create SOP/WIP/Forms. Perform and document periodic checks. Understand and evaluate concrete mix designs. Sieve/finesse test results verification.QC Inspector (Aug 22- Dec 22) I was promoted.*Inspect and document forms ready for concrete pours. Inspect and document the agg to be mixed for the concrete, getting the moisture for the recipe. Inspect and document the molds dimensions before pouring. Read, interpret, and use product drawing. Inspect and document post pour, post strip, end stones and finishing, to ensure they are ready for delivery. Perform and document all concrete and material testing. Make NCRs. Split production CF on the System for cost. Take cylinders samples for 24hr and 28th days, for strength test. Use different tools for tests. Keep tools and Lab area clean and organized. Make the sieve/finesse of the agg.
