I’m a versatile bilingual project management professional and scrum master with +15 years of experience serving as an Active-Duty Air Force member. I\'ve held serval positions as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Owner, Program Manager, and multiple Learning, Training & Development roles. After 20 years of military service, I have begun the retirement process. In August 2024, I will begin my fellowship with Hiring our Heroes Skillbridge program and am seeking an organization to share and integrate my experience and skills to help reach their organizational goals, while also providing me hands on experience in the civilian sector. My background is in Leadership, Management, Leadership Development, Program & Project Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Risk Management, Problem Solving, Event Planning, Training & Development Programs, Quality Control & Assurance, Public Speaking, Military Weather Operations and Talent Management. I\'ve spent 7 years in Higher Education Administration with the Community College of the Air Force and Air University. I implement Air University policy, create local policy, build local relationships, focus on learning design, and curriculum & faculty development. Additionally, I manage a $21K annual budget, a $4.5M facility, and excel at driving projects to completion with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer service.I plan to remain in the Omaha metro area and seek in-person, hybrid, or remote opportunities with an organization that has a Vision, Mission, and Values that resonate and align with that of my own.
