Strategy & Program Management-Directs and manages the Community Relations division for the Department of Neighborhoods, including the New Americans Initiative, investigation and enforcement of the City of Columbus’ Civil Rights Code, and the My Brother’s Keeper Initiative. Hosts international delegates and conducts housing forums, business seminars, and training programs relating to capacity building for community integration, business innovation, and the development of non-profit organizations. Project Management - Served as the Project Manager for “Refugees in Central Ohio”, a research book funded by multiple local and state agencies. The 3-month research book project involved fundraising, project management, coordination of photography, and publication. Designed “Opening Doors to Our City”, a multilingual resource to assist immigrants with navigating the City of Columbus.
