Most HR technology projects don\'t fail because of the software: they fail because implementation is treated as an IT project, not a people project. I spent 16 years in Talent Acquisition, most recently as a TA Director leading global teams and managing international clients. I\'ve been the person sitting in front of an ATS wondering why it was configured that way. I\'ve felt the friction of a system that wasn\'t built around how recruiters actually work. That experience is what I bring to every implementation now. Today I\'m a Digital Transformation Consultant at Udder, specialising in HR systems for mid-size companies. I work with HR Directors and CHROs to select, configure, and embed the right tools — so technology actually gets used, not just installed.
