Greg has played a pivotal role in shaping Turner’s preconstruction strategy, integrating technical precision, collaboration, and innovation to deliver exceptional value to clients. Greg began his career with Turner in 1986 and has advanced through multiple leadership positions including Operations, SPD/Interiors Manager, and Preconstruction Manager. He was promoted to Regional Preconstruction Manager for PA/NJ and the Mid-Atlantic regions in 2006 and became Vice President of Preconstruction Services in 2009. His extensive background in estimating, operations, design-build, sustainability, and project management has allowed him to contribute to some of Turner’s most complex and high-profile projects in all of Turner’s market segments - Commercial, High Education, Design-Build, Aviation, R&D/Labs, Residential/Hotel/Student Housing, Justice/Government, Critical Facilities, Healthcare, Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing, Pharma and Biotech, and Sports & Public Assembly. As Vice President and Director of Preconstruction, Greg guides Turner’s preconstruction policies and procedures, data management, staff development, and tools and technology. Greg also manages Turner’s Preconstruction Services for the Advanced Technology Group, which includes Critical Facilities, Pharma and Biotech, Semiconductor, and Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing. Throughout his nearly four decades of service, Greg has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients, design partners, and Turner colleagues nationwide. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, strategic insight, and dedication to mentoring the next generation of preconstruction professionals.
