ABOUT GARRETT C. STEAGALL

Hi there! I\'m Garrett, or just G.My life is an oxymoron. Let\'s review:• Born and raised in the desert heat of Arizona, residing in the frozen tundra of Minnesota.• Alma mater produced giants (Rob Gronkowski, Lance Briggs), coaching legends (Lute Olson, Terry Francona), sports legends (Kurt Busch, Jim Furyk) and comedic geniuses (Don Knotts). I\'m none of those things.• Enjoy fixing things I break, creating efficiency out of inefficiency, and using the Oxford comma here but not above.I have a passion for making things better, including but not limited to my golf game. When it comes to delivering on that passion, I tend to approach problems with a thoughtful, analytical and engineering mindset while embracing the big picture. I love understanding challenges that face every department (front office to back office), working cohesively with teams across the business to eliminate pain points, reducing inefficiencies as an individual contributor and a desire to continually learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. My greatest strength is finding the best solutions for the worst problems. My greatest weakness is cold brew coffee. I\'m a sucker for that stuff.#BearDown https://arizonawildcats.com/sports/2013/4/18/20•••••91.aspx
