I enjoy taking difficult engineering problems and breaking them down into actionable steps. I have built the reputation of being able to take last-minute problems and find solutions within tight constraints.I\'ve worked across several phases spanning other programs, both civilian and military. But mainly, I\'ve been on the V-280 demonstrator program (FLRAA JMR-TD) from detailed design through flight testing and have applied cross-functional experience from airframe to drive systems and beyond.Now, Bell is expanding on the experiences of the demonstrator program to develop the drive system and aircraft to fulfill the vertical lift needs of the US Army for the next several decades after successfully winning the FLRAA contract!Now, I am applying my experience from the design & analysis side with the Manufacturing Innovation team to research, develop and execute on cutting-edge processes, techniques and machines to enable the designs of today and tomorrow and make them a reality with enhanced precision, increased efficiency and quality at reduced cost.
