As a People & Program Solutions Partner at Openly, my mission is to make the employee experience seamless, data-driven, and, most importantly, human.My work is split between two worlds: being a trusted strategic advisor to managers and a technologist dedicated to the future of HR.    Leader Assimilation & Integration (10%)- Partner with HRBPs and leaders within the organization to accelerate leader effectiveness and connection within Openly’s culture- Gather and share insights on team dynamics, communication norms, and engagement trends to support new leaders’ success. HR Business Partner for Managers Support (40%)- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on team health, employee relations, and performance development- Coach leaders through change management, feedback conversations, and engagement initiatives- Partner with Total Rewards, Talent, and Learning teams to align HR programs with business goals and leadership needs- Support workforce planning, calibration, and career development discussions with a data-informed perspective- Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and elevate manager experience through proactive partnership and tools. People Programs, Automation & AI Innovation (50%)- Own and optimize key People programs within our systems (Lattice, Greenhouse, Jira, Traliant, Udemy, etc.), ensuring they are integrated, efficient, and user-friendly- Serve as the internal SME for PaC programs — providing education, insights, and training to business users- Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools to streamline HR processes and programs (e.g, employee support chatbots, predictive analytics, workflow automation)- Pilot and scale generative AI and automation use cases in areas such as onboarding, compliance, and performance management- Partner with business leaders to identify pain points and deliver system-based solutions that enhance employee and manager experience- Manage vendor relations
