Before I became a loan officer, I spent a few years selling tech to mortgage lenders. I talked to hundreds of people in the industry, and most were saying the same thing. Then I met Rich Weidel at Princeton. He stood out because he wasn’t about spending more or chasing trends. He cared about keeping things efficient so borrowers could win with lower rates.That conversation stuck with me. It is what pushed me to get into mortgages in the first place.
