Clinical Research Intern @Grady Trauma Project
I serve an integral role at the outward face of a cutting-edge research study on civilian trauma. I recruit for the study and screen participants by indexing their psychological presentation and related traumatic life events.The Grady Trauma Project umbrella is comprised of multiple mixed-methods projects, exploring the biological, psychological, and social impacts of trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder amongst a largely under-researched civilian population. This spring I will begin working within the CHAPTERS study, researching the effect that the menopausal transition has on PTSD.
