As SVP of Randstad Sourceright, he helped launch the Integrated Talent Management team and expanded a global client base that generated $3.3B in annual revenue. Earlier, as SVP of Randstad Technologies, he introduced a new Enterprise Sales Methodology and led a commercial transformation that grew annual sales to $1.2B. He also served as SVP of Randstad Professionals, where he led cross-functional enterprise sales efforts across 12 operating companies, serving clients in healthcare, financial services, technology, general staffing, and light industrial sectors.Throughout his career, Scott has been committed to building high-performing teams, aligning strategy with execution, and driving consistent EBITDA growth. Outside of work, he’s passionate about yoga, international travel, and exploring languages—speaking Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Farsi. He’s also deeply engaged in philanthropic efforts, including cancer fundraising and teaching yoga to inmates in California state prisons.
