My responsibilities encompass the following- Manage the integration and operation of our technology stack across 9+ cloud services - Deep knowledge of and operational management of: HubSpot (CRM), Recurly (subscriptions), Auth0 (SSO), Google Cloud Platform (automation and hosting), Zapier (automation), SendGrid (email), Slack (messaging), Cincopa (video), Mighty Networks (community messaging/events), and more- Manage communications infrastructure and lead-to-member funnel architecture and operations - Ensure data integrity across all systems, implementing security and compliance measures - Lead technical strategy and managing product roadmap for the organization - Discover, research, and evaluate new solutions to improve efficiency, save money, and increase member satisfaction and retention - Manage remote design and development resources as well as all vendors implementing bespoke solutions
