I have gained the experience of both a well established organisation (which helped me to learn the importance of a process centric approach) and a start-up (where I was given the responsibility of setting up the processes along with developing the deliverable from scratch to the end product). Now, I am looking for an opportunity where I can apply the learnt skills during the last 3.5 years of my career to grow and develop the task/process which I am responsible for and become a contributing asset of the organisation.
