Lead Pharmacist – MSO Start of Care (SOC) supports a specialized line of business within the Start of Care department focused on onboarding patients referred through Managed Service Organizations (MSOs) and their affiliated provider groups.In addition to traditional pharmacist verification responsibilities, this role provides pod-level clinical oversight to a small group of pharmacy technicians supporting MSO SOC workflows. Approximately 25% of the pharmacist’s day is dedicated to technician oversight, coaching, and clinical support, with the remaining time focused on prescription verification, clinical escalation, and provider communication.The Pharmacist is expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to team capability development in a collaborative, high-volume environment.
