I’m leading the ERP transformation initiative for Voss Herad — a high-stakes public-sector project with a non-negotiable deadline and complex stakeholder landscape.The work goes beyond implementation. I was involved from the mandate stage, helping define goals, map cross-functional processes, and align technical capabilities with operational needs. Along the way, I’ve reintroduced Lean principles, clarified governance structures, and worked to ensure long-term adoption — not just short-term delivery.In a highly regulated environment, I focus on cutting through ambiguity, aligning people around shared goals, and designing systems that make real work easier — across departments, users, and decision-makers.
