Currently serve as the leader of a team of advanced data analysts commissioned with transforming the servicing and collections operation through research, data analysis and the implementation of technology that solves complex problems which impede performance. Developed a collections strategy that organized the needs of over 50 separate client portfolios into one scalable process that guaranteed full penetration and saturation of delinquency risk accounts and maximized the opportunity for creating a collections event Managed the delinquency strategy of both MSR-owned as well as sub-serviced client portfolios, with a focus on performance in the GSE and Gov\'t Agency area. Our team lead the organization from #24 in the FHLMC servicer’s scorecard to #1 among CLS’ peer group overall for 2020, as well as from FHA Tier 4 to Tier 1 during the same period. Other accomplishments include leading the effort to rebuild our strategic approach to both early stage and late stage collections. With my team, we leveraged data science tools to improve the prediction of first-time delinquency and implement a strategy to improve performance through early intervention. We also created a suite of Business Intelligence tools to ensure an optimal outcome of all interactions had with later stage delinquencies, including maximizing the opportunity for loss mitigation
