He provided financial due diligence and related merger and acquisition accounting integration assistance to strategic corporate and private equity acquirers.Grant received his Master\'s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013, and became a licensed CPA in the state of California in 2014.
