I have diverse industry experience including recent focus on physician practices and academic medical centers, with previous focus on manufacturing (chemicals, aerospace/defense, automotive), distribution, software, not-for-profit and benefit plans.In my current role, I provide overall financial leadership to support strategic growth through physician alignment opportunities. I evaluate the quality and sustainability of private physician practice earnings and productivity. Our team develops and recommends acquisition value and deal terms to Cleveland Clinic leadership.At PWC, I was a due diligence financial adviser for over 20 acquisition/divestiture transactions in the US, UK, Canada, Mexico and Slovenia. The transactions ranged in size from $20 million to $5 billion. In this role, I worked in many industries with a focus on manufacturing clients purchasing non-public companies (generally as bolt-on acquisitions). I participated in 4 sell-side transactions which involved advising the client on how to structure the transaction, present their financial information and assistance with dataroom preparation to ensure sale price maximization.At Deloitte, I worked as an external auditor. My primary clients were involved in the chemical and automotive industries.
