With a background in commercial property management and agency I am now one of the leading Commercial Property Managers specialising in Out of Town Retail in the South West and Wales, currently managing in excess of 2.7 million square feet of Out of Town Retail space.I have extensive experience working alongside agents and project managers to maximise asset values and deliver my clients’ investment objectives. I have developed close relationships with some of the nation’s leading retail occupiers, with a particular focus on service charge dispute resolution. My clients range from private trusts to large institutional funds and local authorities. I am proficient in delivering sound guidance and forming strong relationships with both clients and occupiers.
