I didn’t start CureAble to build a BUSINESS.I started it because the system was BROKEN - and no one was fixing it.India doesn’t have a special-needs problem.It has a care, continuity, and accountability problem.Parents are confused.Therapists are overworked and under-trained.Institutions work in silos.And children fall through the cracks.So I decided to build - what didn’t exist.At CureAble, we are architecting a full-stack developmental care ecosystem - spanning home programs, centers, schools, hospitals, and partnerships - designed for one thing only: REAL OUTCOMES, not optics.This is not charity.This is not a “FEEL-GOOD” space.This is a systems problem - and systems can be designed.WHAT I PERSONALLY FOCUS ON:• Building repeatable, accountable operating systems• Designing processes that scale without compromising care• Turning chaos into clarity across people, tech, and execution• Creating long-term value in a space that needs patience, not shortcutsI lead from the front - deeply involved in strategy, execution, and people - because in early-stage companies, ownership is not optional.The long-term VISION is clear:To make CureAble synonymous with trusted, outcome-driven developmental care - in India first, and globally next - across every environment where a child needs support.I believe in:• High ownership over high noise• Building before branding• Depth over hype• And creating institutions that outlast individualsIf you’re someone who thinks in systems, builds with integrity, or wants to create meaningful scale in healthcare and education - WE\'LL LIKELY GET ALONG.
