Now is an exciting time to be in Human Resources because companies recognize that people strategy is integral to overall business strategy. After reflecting on my career projection, it became clear to me that Human Resources is the field for which I am best suited. As an INFJ-A, I enjoy making and upholding policies, procedures, and systems, as well as educating others. My wide range of interests is my strength for HR because of the multifaceted nature of the role. Therefore, I began pursuing my CIPD certification, while transitioning into HR.
