About Martin Grobisen
I’m a seasoned marketing and communications pro with a knack for turning chaos into strategic initiatives. My journey began in film and television on a Daytime Emmy Award-winning show. Now in the corporate world, I have been focused on project management, change orchestration, and crisis navigation. Success Stories: Some highlights. Welfont: Catapulted an early-stage Commercial Real Estate company onto the Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies list. Yep, that was my gig. I established their online credibility, creating online visibility, driving down their negative Google results, and bam! sales growth in three years. Sunview Software: Prepping for a product re-release, we did a complete UI redesign of their SaaS solution, website, content, the whole enchilada. The result, increased sales and an eventual acquisition. Ceelox: I gave a SaaS startup its moment in the spotlight – getting on the GSA. Industry press and a Frost and Sullivan Emerging Software award followed. Ashley Furniture: When COVID hit, I donned my crisis communicator cape. Office folks WFH, retail staff closing shop, manufacturing warriors in close quarters - I kept everyone informed and safe. Maritz & Ford: My single largest marketing project for Ford Motor Company aced an independent ISO audit - 100% Green! Change Management Adventures: At Ashley Furniture, I orchestrated some serious change. Imagine replacing the Point of Sale (POS) system across the entire retail universe. Yes, every department and their employees felt the disruption ripple. Training videos, leadership updates, delay notifications, and even a special POS project SharePoint page - I had it all covered. Navigating COVID Chaos: Crisis comms? Check. Keeping worldwide employees safe and our company up and running? Double check. Want to see some amazing samples – visit my portfolio.
