Develop and Maintain internal policies and procedures used by the Flight planning team to ensure highest quality flight plans are delivered to clients. Research Aeronautical Information Procedures (AIP) issued by various countries and ATC agencies around the World. Use information from AIP\'s to maintain and update internal Routes and Rules for various airports and regions around the World. Interpret Aircraft performance tables and charts issued by Aircraft OEM\'s. Enter aircraft performance data into Flight planning system in order to calculate Flight plans. Use software to update, maintain and create unique Flight plan formats for clients.Troubleshoot errors produced by Flight planning system.Conduct 6-8 week Flight Plan Core Competency Training for all new Flight plan employees.Compute and File Flight plans in support of Clients missions.
