Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality services from case managers, providing robust support for specialists in their roles.Leadership: Employ a situational leadership approach to foster a culture of diversity and person-centered planning among team members.Collaboration: Collaborate with peers, leadership, and other organizational areas; actively engage in leadership meetings and staff trainings.Compliance: Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Service Delivery:Client Support: Assist clients in accessing benefits like emergency cash assistance and SNAP, providing crisis management services to promote stability.Case Management: Supervise a team of case managers and agency/community volunteers, aligning efforts with program goals.Crisis Intervention: Support migrants arriving from various locations through immediate case management and resources.Staff Development:Recruitment & Evaluation: Recruit, hire, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development for team members.Training: Develop training processes to enhance team members\' knowledge and skills.Program Management:Process Improvement: Implement processes to minimize overtime and ensure facilities comply with health and safety standards.Quality Assurance: Maintain adherence to best practices, contract requirements, and agency procedures through regular evaluations.Reporting: Prepare and submit internal and external program reports, ensuring prompt incident report submissions.Stakeholder Engagement:Community Liaison: Engage with community partners to connect families with local resources and support services.Corrective Action: Execute corrective action plans for deficiencies identified through the agency\'s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process.
