Ltd, leading a group of diversified ventures across energy-efficient motors, intralogistics automation, power tools, exports, and machining solutions. With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, my mission is clear — to build a Cr group by 2035, powered by innovation, partnerships, and people-centric leadership.Under my leadership, Impel Motors has grown into a production capacity of units annually, offering over 200 motor types with global competitiveness and 10% lower costs than industry majors like Crompton Greaves. Our ventures extend beyond India, with a strong export base in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda) and landmark industrial collaborations with companies such as Godrej Koerber and ABB. I have also spearheaded ₹25 Cr intralogistics projects, designed for multinational corporations, while driving technology upgrades like Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) for industrial applications.Beyond business growth, I believe in “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – The World is One Family.” At Impetus, this philosophy shapes our culture — empowering long-serving employees into directorship roles, fostering creativity, and aligning families with organizational goals through Director’s Day and annual gatherings.
