I have been practicing personal injury litigation for over 20 years. For the first few years out of law school I worked for an insurance defense firm representing several insurance companies litigating personal injury claims. I found I really liked the personal injury area of law, but I felt particularly drawn to people who had been injured and I felt compelled to advocate for them.
