Working as a Bioinformatician at the Oxford Molecular Diagnostics Centre, under the supervision of Dr. Dimitris Vavoulis and Dr. Anna Schuh to understand the biology of T cells of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and other lymphoproliferative disorders patients with the aim identifying CLL prognostic markers, starting from both bulk and single cell multiomic NGS data generated from clinical trial samples. Experience in transcriptomic & TCR repertoire data analysis pipeline design (R, Python, Bash, Nextflow), targeted NGS mutational detection pipeline development and maintenance, supervision of MSc students in their computational projects, grant and scientific publication writing.
