Serve as an integral member of the People + Culture strategy in growing both internal and external career pathways and tactics to create and retain the ideal future workforce. Charged with leading Cone\'s upcoming Strategic Workforce Planning process (i.e, GAP Analysis), and building the programming and community partnerships for building a future-ready workforce.Duties:• Lead P+C’s new workforce development workflow, which includes the management and oversight of all talent pathway development programs directly supporting Cone’s strategic priority to building a “future-ready workforce”• Identify current/future talent gaps and build business proposals to acquire pilot program funding (e.g. acquired over in grant funds to pilot 2 non-clinical, college and career & technical education internship programs)• Built and currently manage P+C’s Education Grant Program; Using GAP Analysis, connect with educational partners to build grant proposals aligned with both partner and Cone Health talent needs (i.e, awarded and manage an annual budget of in ROI-driven education grants, annually)• Program responsibilities include leading and co-leading non-clinical internships, the admin. fellowship program, apprenticeships, clinical affiliation agreements, tuition reimbursement redesign, OJTs, & external partner point of contact• Support collaborations between local universities, community colleges, workforce development boards, chambers of commerce, career technical education programs, AHEC, and NGOs to address regional, healthcare hiring shortages
