SUPPLY CHAINo Directed the daily operations of the Purchasing, Planning and Warehouse/Receiving functions including laboratory materials, equipment, facility mechanical systems, and other supplies, in accordance with CLIA quality specifications. o Partnered with department heads throughout the organization to develop, procure and maintain materials required to meet clinical laboratory regulatory requirements. o Collaborated with Legal & Compliance division to develop, enhance, or amend contracts and agreements as necessary for a highly regulated clinical laboratory environment.FACILITIESo Oversaw all facility needs for Prometheus and two subtenants to ensure all entities operated in a safe and efficient manner. o Directed $650K capital improvement for refit of facility mechanical systems to optimize the building’s performance. o Managed all applicable facility permits from local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance and have no audit violations. o Contributed to development of business continuity program to ensure continued operation in the event of an emergency.EH & S o Developed a robust safety training program on emergency procedures, workplace and laboratory safety, standard processes, ergonomic issues and other topics. o Ensured compliance with all federal and state EH & S regulations, as well as Prometheus’ internal policies.o Primary liaison with emergency services, regulatory bodies, and insurers as needed.o Managed workers\' compensation claims and ensured proper reporting of incidents in accordance with legal requirements and collaborated with stakeholders on effective case resolution.
