About Griffin Parker
As a Product Manager I am responsible for the development and the overall success of data products for Stifel, specifically within the Global Data Initiative with AWS. I own the data product strategy behind products and data products, I specify their functional requirements, and collaborate with data teams and software engineering teams to plan the data product delivery process. I am also responsible for identifying our client\'s needs, understanding the larger business objectives, and analyzing this information to create a product roadmap that will deliver the highest value and outcomes. I articulate what success looks like for a product and encourage cross-functional teams to turn the vision into reality. I help drive product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction by prioritizing, managing, and creating new features. Lastly, I am responsible for the continuous cycle of products from concept to promotion while continuously listening and exploring.
