I graduated in 2019 with a BS in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota. I worked with the University of Minnesota Athletic Department for almost 3 years as a Student Facility Supervisor and a Facilities Coordinator at Athletes Village. My day to day responsibilities were centered around being a main point of contact for facility scheduling, upkeep, and improvements. I helped schedule practice times for several sporting teams and university groups throughout the several practice buildings, helped open the expansion of the new $150+ million Athletes Village project, and helped push other various facility improvements and upgrades for the athletic department. After my experience in facilities and operations, I decided to take a leap into ticketing and spent 2.5 years as the Director of Ticketing for the Sioux Falls Stampede Hockey Club. In this role, I was able to help modernize ticket operations by leading the charge into digital ticketing for all fans. I specialized in using Ticketmaster\'s Host and Archtics system, as well as integrating our new FEVO group ticket booking platform to help our fans purchase tickets digitally and experience the game.I currently work for the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx and specialize in AXS/Back Office/Flash Seats for all ticketing operations. My primary duties include fulfilling and processing ticket orders, managing box office inventory, and assisting in drop count reports and reporting.
