One day I might be learning about ballets based on 20th Century surreal novels, and the next I\'m learning how a town\'s highway budget is decided. As a reporter, I\'m able to cover any type of news or feature - breaking news, weather, infrastructure, politics, LGBTQ+ issues, race relations, health, sports, agriculture, the environment, science. Where there is a story to be told, I\'m ready to write it. I seek being a versatile journalist, one who can write a story, edit it, shoot photos, record audio and prepare all of it for publication. I also am a great appreciator of all things arts. So often communities will have robust arts, culture and entertainment scenes, but publications might push that beat to the wayside. I make it might goal to expose readers to the culture being created in their neighborhoods.
