About Griffin Feather

I approach tasks and challenges with an innate mental flexibility, and do not have one settled idea of the world. My combination of cognitive and non-cognitive skills, while not visible on my transcript, have made me agile under stress and a constant learner; a believer in the training and development mindset. The many intrinsic, intangible benefits of being a college athlete have built a sturdy foundation, with the expectation that evaluation is always ongoing. I am always prepared, always open to feedback - it\'s how I have lived as a member of teams for a decade, and as a leader, student, and employee. I am creative, but can be direct and analytical. I am deliberate, but can pivot and think outside of a scripted pre-plan. I aim to be a substantive person and collaborator. I commit to endeavors not for my resume, but because my drive to learn and to work is organic - goals and experiences are not a narrative I am composing about myself, but rather practices I believe in and must engage in. I have shaped a diverse collection of skills and experiences working in positions in multiple fields - the physical labor of farm work, an HBO/Max internship, soccer coach - volunteering work in my urban community, and being a Division 1 athlete. While economies and global realities rapidly evolve, AI looms as an inevitable part of what I will absorb and learn. But AI tools alone cannot do what I offer an employer. I have the discipline, character, and grit that stands apart from and enriches AI output and production. I\'m guided by the pursuit of compassionate leadership, the patience to work toward mastery of skills, and an immense drive to do rewarding work.
