Provided engineering support for all of ONEOK\'s NGGP OFS field assets.Responsible for the full-scale design of various compressor stations up to 80 MMSCFD in capacity, including P & ID development; equipment selection; separator, pipe, control valve, and PSV sizing; hydraulic calculations; process controls; and safety considerations.Assisted the projects group with material procurement, cost estimation, and successful implementation of multiple commercial growth projects.Facilitated PHA and PSSR meetings, as well as oversaw the MOC process for several projects.Successfully managed the installation of a proprietary emissions-capturing system, the first of its kind at ONEOK, through the entire project lifecycle. This included responsibility for the bid proposal, AFE creation, equipment/material specifications, process design, contractor selection, construction plans, scheduling, and startup.Used ProMax to develop compressor station and pipeline simulations that identified process/equipment efficiencies and offered optimization suggestions that increased throughput, reduced downtime, and drove value for the company.Developed methanol injection models and documented the results in engineering studies that were presented to the appropriate stakeholders.Collaborated with the hydraulics team to identify system bottlenecks and discuss potential resolutions.
