Greg has the responsibility of: • Planning: Greg clearly defines the project objective and then reaches an agreement with his customer on the project objectives and expectations. He then communicates with the project team in such a manner to create a vision of what will constitute successful accomplishment of the project objective. • Organizing: Greg has the ability to look ahead and secures the appropriate resources to perform the required tasks to complete the project. On past projects, Greg has shown he has the ability to create an environment in which the members of the project team are highly motivated. • Controlling: Project team members monitor the progress of their assigned task and regularly provide data on progress, schedule and cost.
