This role requires deep technical knowledge of VoIP technologies and strong leadership skills to engage with all levels of management and service lines.Design and Development- Design, develop, and implement VoIP solutions for large-scale enterprise telecom migration projects- Create detailed design documents and diagrams to outline system architecture and integration points- Develop and implement strategies for VoIP system optimization and enhancements- Develop and maintain Avaya System Administration tools to support the VoIP infrastructure.Architecture- Define and maintain the architectural frameworks and set the standards for VoIP systems- Evaluate and recommend VoIP hardware and software to support project requirements- Ensure the architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product.Management Engagement- Collaborate with all levels of management to define business and system requirements- Present technical concepts and specific solutions to senior management & non-technical stakeholders- Coordinate with service lines to ensure alignment between the business strategies & VoIP architecture.Service Line Engagement- Work with service lines to understand their needs and ensure the VoIP solutions meet requirements- Provide technical guidance and support to service lines during the implementation of VoIP solutions.
