My team is responsible for developing, evolving + scaling MillerKnoll\'s global real estate and workplace strategy. Working with leadership, HR, IT, and key stakeholders; our goal is to create dynamic destinations and experiences while driving strategic value for our people and the organization. Using a comprehensive process, toolset and our latest research + insights; we use data to inform meaningful, actionable outcomes and hold ourselves (and our places) accountable to our people, our values, and our corporate purpose of \"design for the good of humankind\". In this role, I report into the Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate, Architecture and Development. Demonstrated achievements + outcomes to date: • created greater organizational effectiveness, rigor and oversight of 11M sf global RE footprint supporting 11k employees worldwide • identified opportunities to leverage real estate portfolio to achieve $1M+ financial savings amidst M&A activities • developed global real estate and workplace strategy dashboards • developed global place-based design guidelines + user experience standards, including IT/AV • delivered 20% reduction in office-based footprints • delivered 77% improvement in designing places that are expressive of our beliefs • delivered 37% improvement in places that are responsive to change • delivered 33% improvement in places that people are proud of and • delivered 31% improvement in group productivity
