An international non-profit association representing cooperatives worldwide.Coordinating the cooperative development agencies network, meetings, and providing intelligence.Assisting in the restructuring of the regional office in Africa, budget and finance direction, management, strategic direction, advocacy with governments and the International Labour Organisation (ILO), capacity-building, and meeting planning. Maintain and develop the ICA Database and contacts including data processing and managing inputs and outputs for members and staff. Plan, organise and carry out the collection, evaluation and analysis of statistical data on cooperative enterprises and the cooperative movements in a country. Train staff worldwide to use the database.Maintain contact with and knowledge of 300 members on subscription payments and other issues. Assist in implementing the new subscription formula, formulating and carrying out the member strategy, solving problematic cases, and reporting to the ICA Board. Administer membership subscriptions and applications. Planning, marketing, participating in, and organizing statutory meetings and conferences with 25 to participants in various many countries worldwide.Successfully worked with consultants to build a new membership, data, and statistical analysis programme to hold information on over organisations, their contacts, and interlinkages. Implimented a new membership subscription system, explaining the system to members, and solving problems. Drafted the ICA Member Strategy, presentations, application forms, and processes. Successfully organised and presented in various conferences including Ministerial Meetings in Africa. Recruited new member oganisations and successfully served and communicated regularly with 300 member organisations. Assisted the regional office in Africa to build a four-year work plan based on the global strategy of the ICA, and helped them carry out the plan.Coordinate Youth Committee.
