Expanded services due to COVID; offering teletherapy for teens and adults wrestling with stress, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges. For people who are struggling in some aspect of their lives, I offer empathetic connection, stress management tools, and support in self-regulating during these challenging times. Staying centered through self-care is so critical whether you are isolated or living in too-close quarters, especially in a time of crisis. I provide tweens, teens, and adults with a safe, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental space to manage feelings of anxiety and depression, as well as relationship or parenting challenges. My work with children and parents is informed by a focus on attachment, training in brain science, and a number of regulation activities. When we become dysregulated, daily life can become a challenge. It is normal to have feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression during abnormal times. I can offer you some psychological first aid to help you manage these emotions and provide you with tools you can use right now to feel better and to stay connected to yourself and your loved ones. I provide a safe, knowledgeable, and empathetic space for people to talk about their hopes and fears, especially as they move through the different stages of the COVID crisis. I also offer a nonjudgmental place for parents, as they learn new ways to support their children as families weather the weeks of quarantine and subsequent changes in daily life.
