Contribute to Plymouth Housing’s overall fundraising revenue of $8 million+ annually through major gifts, special events, corporate fundraising, and individual giving.Highlights- Develop and implement a comprehensive fund development plan to meet strategic objectives and departmental goals in partnership with VP- Co-lead the Major Gifts Committee to solicit major multi-year gifts for the organization- In collaboration with Director of Partnerships, deepen engagement with corporate partners through increased funding and participation- Oversee audience development and revenue growth of special events and individual giving programs for the organization- Engage board members and high-level volunteers in partnership strategy and outreach efforts- Develop strategic briefing materials for board and executive stakeholder engagement- Provide rapid-response messaging and leadership presence during high-stakes events, including crisis communications- Supervise and mentor a three-person team responsible for events management, CRM database, and recurring giving/development operations- Contribute to the development of annual goals, processes and functions for a 15-person department including fundraising, communications, and external affairs professionals.
