Hired to develop, lead and manage a second line of defense testing team: • Recruit and develop key talent to develop an in-depth understanding of the laws and regulations and policies and procedures for Consumer Lending. Special focus on FCRA, SCRA and MLA.• Implement a testing team in India to provide further bench strength and redundancy. Prepare training and institute continuous monitoring. • Develop the team’s review and validation schedule and manage engagements and resources. Adapt the testing program of the team accordingly.• Supervise the testing teams throughout the life cycle of the review to provide ongoing guidance on scope, sampling, testing approach, work papers and quality reviews.• Review and finalize final reports that are reported to the to business areas to ensure focus is on corrective action and operational efficiencies. • Enhance and produce monthly reporting metrics for the products testing team. • Develop relationships with internal partners to evaluate process and ensure risk is appropriately identified and mitigated.
