About Gretchen Schock
I am passionate about helping clients discover small habit changes that they can make to get amazing transformations to feel better in their body, their health, and across all areas of their life. I’m a certified Health and Life Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, E-RYT 500 HR certified yoga instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Functional Fitness Personal Trainer. I’m interested in teaching clients how to build strength in their bodies to move safely and efficiently as they age and to create a way of eating that is not a diet but a lifestyle choice with the added benefit of weight loss, better sleep, and a stronger immune system. I provide weekly fitness classes, but also wellness retreats and online courses. Refocus and Reset Your Life is a virtual course to create healthy habits for holistic living.
