About Gretchen Schabert
Since joining Carolinas Healthcare System my role has expanded from projects and support for large multi-specialty network to quality reporting for the EPs who are part of the system. In 2012 I led two PQRS projects using Allscripts and Cerner to report for approximately EPs. Last year in addition to PQRS 2013, I am began leading efforts for EP Core, Menu and Quality Measures as part of Meaningful Use Stage 2. This year I am coordinating efforts using Cerner to report PQRS via GPRO along with continuing the implementation and roll out of Stage 2 functionality. As a consultant, I was involved in the planning, design, build and go-live phases implementing Allscripts Enterprise for a multi-specialty academic medical group. Ability to analyze situations, make decisions and function in a fast paced and changing business environment. Possess strong end-user and client liaison skills.Previous experience recruiting for a Fortune 100 company, including hiring, coaching and developing talent. Independent worker with proficiency in handling both high volume and complex candidate searches, developing prospects into candidates, managing trainee level recruitment and partnering with management through the recruitment process. Additional experience in undergraduate and graduate programs with recruiting and counseling peers.
