I am licensed by the State of California (PSY21504), and am a Certified Clini-Coach®. What sets me apart from other coaches for neurodivergent professionals is that I not only have ADHD myself but also have raised two neurodivergent boys. Additionally, I have 23 years of experience and the credentials to assess individuals to determine whether they have ADHD, Autism and/or Dyslexia in my psychotherapy practice. My mission to advocate for neurodivergent individuals started during my Post-Doctoral training with neurodivergent kids and it just has grown over 2.5 decades. My journey has morphed as I have grown into my professional career. Currently, the need is to advocate for more neuro-inclusivity in the workplace and to coach neurodivergent entrepreneurs, especially neurodivergent women in the workforce. As a bit of background, I was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as a 2024 Top Professional in Behavioral Health, and in 2025 honored by the SD METRO Magazine as a Top San Diego Women of Influence. The SD Voyager Magazine featured my career path saga inn its July 2025 as one of its inspirational stories.After working with ADHD adults for two decades, I\'ve realized that they have a lot to offer employers, and many become successful business owners. As an entrepreneur with ADHD, I know how difficult it is to stay focused and organized at work.
