As a Vice President for the student Maryland Science Olympiad club at Johns Hopkins University, I am responsible for writing exams for Science Olympiad events, organizing test writing among other club members, establishing tournament logistics, and volunteering at both regional and state-wide tournaments each spring. When volunteering at these tournaments, I run events, score student submissions, and help distribute awards. I have especially focused on events such as Forestry, Entomology, and Experimental Design, allowing me to share my love of Earth science with Maryland middle and high school students.
