I am a shareholder and President at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky. I am an experienced attorney with a demonstrated history of commercial and civil litigation and municipal representation and litigation; skilled in disputes involving contracts, property, employment, land use, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty, while practicing in state and federal courts, before administrative boards and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. I am also proud to be a part of our team of talented workplace investigation attorneys. We provide thorough and efficient external investigations and counsel for internal investigations.I represent municipalities and boards in land use, zoning, ordinance, and contract matters, as well as Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, Ethics Act, and Right-to-Know Law matters. I also represent individuals and developers before municipal boards.I am actively involved in my firm\'s legal technology research and development, particularly in the areas of data management and discovery. I am certified as an e-discovery specialist by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). Chair of the firm\'s eDiscovery subcommittee and co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
