About Gretchen Garofoli

I am a Clinical Professor at the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy. My current part time practice site is Waterfront Family Pharmacy in Morgantown, WV, where I focus on immunizations. I also provide health screenings to the public. I serve as the Managing Network Facilitator for the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network (CPESN) in West Virginia. Faculty responsibilities include teaching throughout the curriculum as I coordinate the Community Pharmacy Practice and Population Health and Policy courses and teach in the Ambulatory Care and Foundational Pharmacy Skills courses as well as select other courses throughout the curriculum. I also teach in the APhA Pharmaceutical Care for Patients with Diabetes and Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate Training Programs, which are integrated into our curriculum. I am a preceptor for the PGY 2 Ambulatory Care Residency program at West Virginia University School of Pharmacy.I am very active in the American Pharmacists Association and recently served as the Coordinator for the Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management\'s Immunizing Pharmacists Special Interest Group and a Member at Large for the American Pharmacists Association Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management.
