Responsible for interpreting, organizing, coordinating, and executing transmission line relocation requests.• Determine the conflicts that may be present with existing or future transmission line facilities, define the reimbursability of the project, acquire requisite payments, agreements, and easements from the customer throughout the lifecycle of the project.• Develop Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) Scope of Work documents and prepare and submit final conformed Scope of Work documents, incorporating updates pursuant to Request for Information responses for transmission line and substation projects. • Prepare Opinion of Probable Cost for solar development projects, including the proposed connection of transmission line joining the solar array field to the point of interconnection with substations.
