As the lead producer for HFMA’s events, I’m responsible for executing seamless conferences that engage healthcare finance professionals nationwide. I specialize in logistics, vendor and venue coordination, contract negotiation, and creating smooth attendee experiences from registration to post-event wrap-up.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:• Plan and manage the end-to-end production of national conferences, overseeing all logistics from site selection and contract negotiation to on-site execution and digital support.• Lead venue and vendor contract negotiations, securing cost-effective agreements with favorable terms, value-adds, and concessions.• Coordinate across departments and external partners to deliver conferences that consistently meet deadlines, budgets, and attendee satisfaction goals.• Oversee event budget planning and reconciliation, working closely with finance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.• Manage both face-to-face and digital event components, including the build and operation of conference apps and hybrid platforms.• Support HFMA’s regional chapters with event consulting, providing guidance on planning, logistics, and vendor management.• Ensure all events align with accessibility, risk management, and quality standards while staying flexible in a fast-changing event landscape.
