The firm strategically guides clients towards future growth and success, and similarly takes a genuine interest in staff\'s professional and personal development. I began working at Anders as an outsourced accountant with client-facing responsibilities such as QuickBooks company set-up, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. My next roll shifted my focus to serving the firm internally within their finance department, managing very similar responsibilities. As a member of the Anders finance team I have had the opportunity to contribute to many impactful projects in several different roles. Over the years, it has been remarkable to watch the metamorphosis of the firm, seeing its big dreams become a reality and helping others do the same.
